Get strong using a progressive program to build your upper body power and strengthen your core muscles!
We meet online in a Facebook room:
Mondays and Wednesdays
 6:30 PM    
for a 20 minute workout

NO FEE

You will get stronger in your push-up but not to worry - it's not 20 minutes of straight push-ups.
