Walk to Run to Climb Stairs
Yes, it is getting colder outside - so grab a coat and join us for a vigorous 10 week cardio session. You won't be cold for long!
Each week we will be walking with progressive intervals of running. We then climb up the popular 100 steps off Elizabeth street part way into our hour "walk to run" program.
Wear clothing appropriate for the weather. We also recommend reflective arm and/or ankle bands or vest.
We will meet once a week on Fridays, beginning on Friday October 14, 2022 at 7 PM. The 10 week session ends Friday December 16, 2022.
NO FEE but please RSVP each week if you plan to come. If plans change, we do request a quick message of cancellation. Thanks!
