| I have the good fortune to work in an office setting where I am able to roll out my yoga mat as needed. Wouldn't it be lovely if all work places had such freedom as to do a downward dog at your work station. Although, on second thought, perhaps it would look strange if all the cashiers at the grocery had their asses up in the air. |  |
